- “Paid Plan” means a subscription product the Company provides for a fee (such as Plus and Pro).
Article 3 (Posting and Amendment of the Terms)
- The Company posts these Terms on the Service so that users can easily read them.
- The Company may amend these Terms to the extent that the amendment does not violate applicable laws, including the Act on the Regulation of Terms and Conditions and the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection.
- When the Company amends these Terms, it will announce the effective date and the reasons for the amendment, together with the current Terms, from 7 days before the effective date until the day before it. Changes unfavorable to users will be announced at least 30 days in advance.
- A Member who does not agree to the amended Terms may request to withdraw membership. A Member who continues to use the Service after the amended Terms take effect is deemed to have agreed to the changes.
Article 4 (Provision and Change of the Service)
- The Company provides the following services:
- Storing, rendering and versioning HTML documents (version history, comparison, rollback)
- Sharing documents and workspaces (share links, team member and guest invitations, comments)
- Creating and editing documents through connected AI agents (MCP)
- Any other services the Company develops or provides to Members through partnerships or otherwise
- The Company provides software services only. Human-delivered services such as advertising agency work or marketing consulting are not part of the Service and are not sold separately.
- If the content, method of use or hours of the Service change, the Company will post the reason for the change, the content of the changed Service and the date of provision on the Service before the change.
- The Company may modify, suspend or change all or part of the services provided free of charge as required by its policies and operations, and will not separately compensate Members for this unless applicable law provides otherwise.
Article 5 (Service Hours)

Article 6 (Membership Registration)
- A user applies for membership by entering member information in the sign-up form set by the Company and indicating agreement to these Terms.
- The Company registers applicants as Members unless any of the following applies:
- The applicant has previously lost membership under these Terms
- The registration contains false information, omissions or errors
- Registering the applicant would otherwise significantly interfere with the Company’s operation of the Service

Article 8 (Paid Plans and Payment)
- In addition to the free plan (Free), the Company offers Paid Plans (Plus, Pro). The price and features of each plan are posted on the Service. Displayed prices include value-added tax (VAT).

- Paid Plans are monthly or yearly subscriptions that renew and are charged automatically at each billing cycle unless canceled.
- Paid Plan fees are a flat rate per workspace and include a set number of members (excluding guests) for each plan. Team members beyond the included number are charged the per-member fee posted on the Service. If additional team members are added during a billing cycle, the amount for the remaining period is charged immediately. If they are removed, amounts already paid are not refunded, and the reduced number is billed from the next payment.
- When switching to a more expensive plan, the difference for the remaining period is charged immediately. When switching to a cheaper plan, the new amount is charged from the next payment after the current billing cycle ends.
- After canceling a subscription, the Member may keep using the Paid Plan until the end of the period already paid for, after which the workspace moves to the free plan.
- If, after moving to the free plan, stored data exceeds the free plan’s storage limit, viewing and sharing documents remain available but new saves may be restricted.
Article 9 (Withdrawal of Subscription and Refunds)
- Within 14 days of the first payment or a renewal payment for a Paid Plan, a Member may request a full refund without giving a reason. When refunded, the subscription ends immediately.
- No refund is available after 14 days from payment. The Member may cancel the subscription so that it ends automatically on the next billing date.
- Refund requests are accepted by email (support@indinity.co) or through the link in the Paddle receipt. The Company will inform the Member of the result within 7 business days. Refunds are returned to the original payment method.
- Details of the refund policy are posted on the separate Refund Policy page (/en/refund).
