Refund Policy

1. Merchant of Record

Payments for Docca paid plans are processed by Paddle.com Market Limited (“Paddle”) as Merchant of Record. Receipts, payment method management, tax calculation and refunds are handled through Paddle.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

2. Refund Terms

1. Within 14 days of the first payment or a renewal payment for a paid plan, you may request a full refund without giving a reason.
2. Once the refund is complete, the subscription ends immediately and the workspace moves to the free plan.
3. No refund is available after 14 days from payment. If you cancel the subscription, you can keep using the paid plan until the end of the period already paid for, and it ends automatically on the next billing date.
4. If the number of additional team members goes down during a billing cycle, amounts already paid are not refunded, and the reduced number is billed from the next payment.

3. How to Request a Refund

1. Email support@indinity.co with the email address of the account that paid and the payment date. You can also ask Paddle directly through the link in Paddle’s receipt email.
2. The Company will inform you of the result within 7 business days.
3. Refunds are returned to the original payment method. Depending on your card issuer, it may take 5 to 10 business days to appear.

4. Applicable Law

Notwithstanding this policy, where applicable laws such as the Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce are more favorable to the user, those laws apply.
