Docca 는 무엇인가
Docca 는 ChatGPT·Claude 같은 AI 에이전트가 만든 HTML 문서를 저장하는 소프트웨어예요. 화면에 그대로 렌더하고 링크로 공유해요. 에이전트는 MCP 로 연결해 문서를 쓰고 고쳐요. 사람은 브라우저에서 문서를 보고 댓글을 남겨요. 버전과 diff 를 확인하고 필요하면 되돌려요.
제공하는 템플릿은 소프트웨어가 렌더하는 문서 서식이에요. 계약서와 근로계약서, 급여대장, 발표 장표, 성과 리포트, 기획안이 들어 있어요. 서식을 고르고 내용을 채우는 건 사용자와 사용자의 에이전트예요. 저희가 문서를 대신 만들어 드리지 않아요.
무엇을 팔고, 무엇을 팔지 않는가
- 파는 것: 소프트웨어 구독. 무료 플랜과 유료 플랜(Plus, Pro)이 있어요. 유료 플랜은 워크스페이스마다 월간 또는 연간 정액이에요. Pro는 팀원 5명까지 포함하고, 5명을 넘으면 1명당 추가 요금이 붙어요.
- 팔지 않는 것: 광고 대행, 마케팅 컨설팅, 문서 대필 등 사람이 수행하는 용역. 구독에 포함되지도 않고 별도로 판매하지도 않아요.
- 결제는 판매자(Merchant of Record)인 Paddle.com 이 처리해요.

What Docca is
Docca is a self-serve software product. AI agents such as ChatGPT and Claude connect to it over MCP and save the HTML documents they produce. Docca stores those documents, renders them in the browser, keeps every version with diffs and rollback, and lets the user share them by link. Recipients open the link without an account and leave comments on the document.
The templates we ship (contracts, employment agreements, payroll ledgers, slide decks, performance reports, page plans) are document layouts rendered by the software. Users and their agents fill them in. We do not produce documents on anyone’s behalf.
What we sell, and what we do not
- We sell a software subscription only: a free plan and two paid plans (Plus, Pro), billed monthly or yearly at a flat rate per workspace; Pro includes 5 seats and additional seats are billed per seat.
- We do not sell advertising services, marketing services, consulting, or any other human-delivered service. None is included in a subscription and none is offered separately.
- Orders are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record.
